MARIO PELITI
Italian, 1958
Born in Rome in 1958 and an architect by training, Mario Peliti is a publisher and photographer.
He founded Peliti Associati in 1986, initially a graphic design studio, later a publishing house, and since 2000, a public relations agency as well.
In 2006 he started, as an author, the Venice Urban Photo Project, dedicated to the systematic documentation of the lagoon city at the beginning of the new millennium.
In 2021 Palazzo Grassi dedicated a large exhibition to the Venice Urban Photo Project, curated by Matthieu Humery, entitled HYPERVENEZIA.
Peliti lives and works in Rome and Venice.
